Windy City

For those that did not know , Ella and I (Matt) took a short trip to the Chicago area to visit our friends, the Barnes Family and also to visit my Aunt Debbie's family . They happened to live just 10 minutes apart so worked out perfectly. Besides a broken leg for Ethan and a Hospital visit for Gavin everybody had a fun time

Ella had a great time playing with Ethan (19 months) and Gavin (4yrs)
She was able to go swimming, Chuck E. Cheese, Zoo lights, and the Science and Industry Museum.

She met the Loschs and Farejs for the 1st time and enjoyed seeing baby Mason who was born about the same time as Ariana. She also enjoyed the singing and games from Aunt Debbie and Uncle Jim

I think Nina sent them a note to fatten me up because I was well fed on Chicago Style pizza and tasty burgers along with some local microbeers that I can't find in Oregon.

Thank you Angela for taking over "mama" duties and letting me get some rest. Ella loved her time there.

It means a lot to have friends and family in our corner

Love the pics!! Ella got to meet her first cousin-Mason!!(Well-on the Steadman side. I guess she's met many cousins on Nina's side)

Looking forward to Mom getting there this Friday-and to hear how Ari's surgery goes on Fri. Love you all!!

We were happy to have you guys. The boys miss Ella and her crazy dance moves. We're thinking about you guys and little Ari today. Hopefully everything goes even better than expected.

@Angela Hope it's the last of the shenanigans for Gavin and Ethan and that they're recovering and doing well.
